I’ve lived it, and so have my clients, but that doesn’t make it any easier to talk about. 

That’s why when I sat down to write my first book, I felt both called to the topic and deeply resistant to writing about it. Who TF wants to read about loneliness and why would I want to spend months writing about my biggest pain point?

And then I saw it. Messages and comments on my social media from people around the world telling me that they too were experiencing loneliness. Someone had to create a safe space to talk about it. Why not me? 

What began as a smaller book idea, has now become a global mission to reframe loneliness, and give people the tools they need to grow through it.
